How the iPad Is Changing Learning and IT: A Conversation with Fraser Speirs – Part 1

Back in November I wrote about spending a great afternoon at St. Andrew’s School in Savannah, discussing iPad deployment and implementation with St. Andrew’s staff and Fraser Speirs from Cedars School in Scotland, site of the world’s first 1:1 iPad deployment. A few days ago, Fraser and I got together via Skype to catch up on activities since our last meeting and he graciously agreed to a recording of the conversation. We talked for nearly an hour, so I edited the recording and split it into two parts. Here’s part one, along with links to resources mentioned in our discussion. Part two will continue with how the iPad may change the role of IT in schools.
