iPad Academy Host Service Hit with Denial of Service Attack

You (and I) have been unable to reach my iPad Academy blog recently. This blog and many thousands of others are hosted on Posterous. The Posterous servers were hit with a malicious flood of traffic in what is known as a denial of service attack (DoS). Unfortunately, this means that legitimate traffic such as calls to load my ipadacademy.com blog were also affected. Posterous is working to resolve the issue and quickly offered another server address. I’ve made the change to the new server and we should be fine for now. Thanks for your patience and apologies to those who could not get to my blog. You can also find my blog on tumblr at http://ipadacademy.tumblr.com/  if the primary address doesn’t work. I’ve also added a link to the archives on tumblr at the top of this page for your convenience because Posterous does not yet have a simple archiving system.
